Enjoying and experiencing nature is at the heart of everything at Green Farm. Whether visiting for an hour’s spa treatment, a weekend retreat or simply popping in to say hello, the hope is that you will be inspired by how Green Farm respects, enhances and embraces its incredible natural environment.
But for us, there is one natural spectacular that is truly magical to witness. Every Spring, a few thousand nightingales fly to the UK from Africa and take up temporary residence at a handful of locations in the south of England, and we at Green Farm are incredibly lucky that our surrounding woodlands offer the ideal conditions for these secretive creatures to hide away.

So whilst other wildlife settles down for the night, this little brown bird’s trills and whistles ring out. Its song is so impressive in both tone and volume that it can be heard nightly for around six weeks from mid-April through to the end of May.
A UNIQUE WOODLAND FOOD EXPERIENCE
So for one exclusive evening, we invite you to join us for an intimate and unique outdoor food and nature experience, where you will feel the warmth of the campfire over drinks, and enjoy a delicious Green Farm produce dinner in our woodlands, before heading out in your private groups with one of our guides to listen to the song of these remarkable birds.
The menu will be rustic yet refined and showcase a range of Green's Farm incredible meat and garden produce, taking influence from the natural surroundings and traditional Kentish dishes and ingredients.
Date: Friday 7th May 2021
Time: 6.30pm until late (will we finish around midnight)
Included: Welcome Drink, Five-Course Dinner and Nightingales Tour
Price: £330.00 for a table of six (£55.00 per person including a £15.00 donation to the Pearce Coggan Foundation and their nature conservation activities)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Places to this unique Green Farm experience are limited due to the current Covid-19 Government restrictions and the conservation nature of the event. Therefore only two groups of six are able to attend. Groups will be seated separately and socially distanced at dinner and have a private guide to take them to the Nightingales.
Please note this is a fully outdoor event, so we ask you to wear appropriate clothing and shoes. This is not only for the weather and time of year, but we will be walking in the woods across potentially muddy and uneven ground, over stiles in the dark, and dining outside. We ask that all attendees are of reasonable fitness, health and mobility.
If a little wet, we will still go into the woods to listen to the Nightingales, although the dinner location may change. Please bring a raincoat with you, umbrellas will not be suitable for walking in the woods. If the weather is too bad for us to go out we will reschedule for another date as soon as we can. Blankets will be available for you to use whilst seated and around the campfire.
If you have any food allergies or dietary intolerances please notify us when you book.
Alcohol will be available to purchase throughout the evening from a small but carefully curated drinks and wine list, in addition to a complimentary welcome drink.
All other details will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
