Booking Terms & Conditions

Spa policies​

We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!

Scheduling an appointment​

To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our Spa Reception who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments over 60 minutes and packages will need to be guaranteed with a 50% deposit.

Arrival time​

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Health & wellbeing​

We would ask that you complete the consultation form fully, which will be sent to you ahead of your appointment, so that we can consider any conditions. Additionally, if you are pregnant, please consult your doctor and request an approval letter for any treatments, and remember to bring it with you on the day.


Late Policy​

If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.  Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

Cancellation & no-show policy​

Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation are granted full credit at the spa provided at least a 24-hour notice is provided. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments. Spa packages, multiple service reservations, no show, or for parties of three or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice.   Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced.  Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit. All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can use it as a spa credit toward retail items. If an appointment made to redeem a gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.

We understand life happens but we also appreciate your cooperation.


Payments and Gratuities

The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, American Express and Visa as payment. Please note that gratuities are shared amongst the staff members who are working that day.

Depending on the booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Where deposits are required, your booking cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the deposit has been received. You agree to make full payment in the time required for the event; this is non-refundable for any reason.

We would not expect to amend or cancel your booking, but if this does happen we will let you know as soon as we can and refund any fees that you have paid. However, we will not be liable to refund any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your booking.

Age requirement

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Quiet environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa; please be aware that we do not provide an internet hot-spot and any cellular signal is very low - we are in the country!

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for specified services, packages, or GBP amounts beginning at £25 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. If you are a recipient of a donated or auctioned Gift Card, please give our receptionist the certificate number to book your appointment. Donation certificates are non-transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. If an appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited.

Prices subject to change

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.



We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting area.

Client's right to know

We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that advising our clients of the products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our clients’ right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited for the client to maximise the benefits of their service.


The Spa is a public place for men and woman. Proper attire is to be worn at all times.  Proper attire includes bathing suits or a towel around the waist or chest.  Nudity is not permitted anywhere in the facilities. Towels, robes, and sanitised flip flops are provided for your stay at the spa.


While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.

Commitment to data security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. Green Farm Spa will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.

Advisory note pre arrival – Please don’t come to your appointment if you show signs of COVID-19; we will move your booking to another date

If you show signs when you arrive, then we will ask you to leave and reschedule your booking


COVID-19 Risk Assessment 


SARS-CoV-2 is a respiratory virus that can invade a host via the respiratory route or via hand to eye / mouth / nose contact, causing the disease COVID-19.

People who appear healthy may be carrying and shedding the virus, which can be passed on either directly or indirectly to others. This means we need to assume that anyone could be carrying the virus.

The routes of transmission (how the hazard can cause harm – the risks)

  • Direct contact to face – eyes, nose from droplets or aerosols spraying from an infected person onto another person who is in close contact

  • Contamination via droplets from sneezing and coughing landing on surfaces and then transferring via hands on to eyes and nose and mouth. Other means of secretions getting on to surfaces could be from infected people touching their eyes, nose and mouth and then touching surfaces with contaminated hands

  • Contaminated hands of infected people can transfer the virus directly to others (e.g. handshakes) or on to hand contact surfaces which can be picked up by other people’s hands and transferred to their eyes, nose or mouth

  • Possible transmission from faeces to hands and then directly or indirectly to the body via hands and hand contact surface transfer

The main controls are:

  • Social distancing in accordance with government guidelines

  • Disinfecting hand contact surfaces

  • Hand washing and hand sanitiser use at key moments

  • Not touching eyes, mouth or nose with contaminated fingers (if used)

  • Wearing face coverings to prevent transmission from breath, coughing & sneezing where appropriate

  • The controls set out in this document are specific for the Spa at Green Farm, considering how we operate, and how guests and staff use the premises and interact.

NHS Track & Trace

Track & Trace is still encouraged for businesses, but we no longer insist on it at the Spa at Green Farm as all guests are logged in our booking system.

Who is at Risk? Guests, therapists and hosts

Control measures:

  • You will be asked to complete your Covid-19 declaration and your Consultation Form online before you arrive. Please ensure that you do this in good time

  • All our staff test regularly with the lateral flow test

  • Importantly, we are keeping numbers at the Spa at any one time to a minimum. This allows us to adhere to social distancing throughout

  • Face masks must be worn by guests and staff when moving around in the Spa

  • Please come to the Spa Car Park, park and walk through to the Spa Reception where you will be met. Please wear a face mask as you arrive in the entrance to the Spa. Immediately on arrival, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer. The Reception is large and airy. Please maintain social distancing and do not offer handshakes

  • You will either be taken through to the Studio overlooking the pond and orchard where you can relax is a socially distanced and airy space while you await your treatment or you will be asked to come to your treatment room

  • Your therapist will provide you with a welcoming, relaxing hand-washing treatment at the start of your chosen treatment

  • Therapists will wear masks at all times when around guests, including during treatments

Control measures:

  • We will only deliver the treatments that are allowed from time to time in Government guidelines. We apologize for any disappointment that this may cause

  • The treatments rooms will be cleaned to the highest standards between each guest, with extra time allowed. Please see below

  • The therapist will wear the PPE appropriate for the treatment being given, following Government guidelines and industry recommendations. This will usually include wearing a face mask and will include wearing a visor for treatments where the client and therapist are, in any sense, facing each other for any prolonged period (more than a minute or two)


Hazard: Cleaning: items that previous guests may have used

Who is at Risk? Guests, hosts and cleaners

Control measures:

  • There is sanitizer available on entry to the Spa; please also wash your hands each time you enter the Spa from outside.

  • All rooms: all high touch surfaces & items are cleaned and sanitized on each changeover including surfaces, handles, door handles and light switches. Treatment beds are completely stripped and wiped down between each guest. We are allowing extra time between treatments to ensure that this is done to a high standard

  • Changing Rooms: all high touch surfaces & items are cleaned and sanitized on each changeover including surfaces, handles, door handles and light switches, remembering also the taps and shower fittings. We ask guests to use the hand sanitizer that is placed at the entrances before and after using the changing rooms. There are also surface cleaner products and anti-bacterial wipes in the changing rooms for guests to use to self-clean

  • Hot tubs: We have two outdoor hot tubs which provide low risk of virus transmission because of their outdoor location and chlorinated water. However, all surfaces are cleaned between use by different clients and guests will find anti-bacterial surface cleaner and wipes beside each hot tub for self-clean use

  • Sauna: Please take sensible precautions when using the sauna; sit on a towel and use the anti-bac provided to keep touchpoints sanitized

  • Drinks & Meal Service: all items used have come straight from a dishwasher or are only handled by Spa staff. Self service is restricted to water and, possibly, a hot drink that do need handling by guests. The handles are cleaned frequently by Spa staff and anti-bacterial wipes are placed nearby for guests to use to clean themselves

  • We have removed all unnecessary cushions etc.


Hazard: Property cleaning

Who is at Risk? Guests, therapists, hosts and cleaners

Control measures:

  • Staff and hosts will wash their hands frequently when cleaning the Spa and all its facilities. We believe that wearing gloves gives a false sense of security; the virus can be transferred by a glove just as easily as by hand

  • Staff will ensure that there is as much airflow through the Spa and associated rooms as possible by keeping doors and windows open, within weather considerations

  • All cleaning cloths used for the Spa are laundered after each clean. Cloths are coloured for use in different areas (kitchen, basins, loos etc.)

Control measures:

  • All staff test regularly using lateral flow tests

  • Any staff not feeling well are asked not to come to work and to follow NHS guidelines
