Our Day Retreats:

These privately run wellness days combine the wonderful setting with the relaxed style of what is Green Farm. Making your visit feel personal, intimate & completely unique. ​You’ll leave feeling refreshed, nourished, stress-free and ready for a new week ahead. Guided walks through the beautiful Kent countryside, ESPA treatments - all part of a very special day designed to leave you energized and ready for 2020. Nourish yourself with great local food from our Green Farm Kitchen – the menu designed by our in house nutritionist. 

If you live in London, you can join our Day Retreats by train; we will meet you at the station.   On our day retreats you choose between yoga or exercise focus for the morning and afternoon classes.   The rest of the time the retreats are exactly the same.

A Relaxing Day For Mind And Body

The yoga on our Retreats is designed to add to your experience of a relaxing yet energising weekend. Classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to regular practitioners, adaptations and modifications are always offered for every level. All classes cover pranayama techniques (Breathing) and meditation as well as the physical yoga asanas. Generally, the morning class is a more energising practice with a slower restorative practice in the afternoons.  Our yoga teachers are Caelia Butcher and Sally Bayly.

A retreat day like no other with Kalie Jade & Green Farm

On Sunday 20th September normality resumes at this purposefully chosen location, situated deep in the Kent countryside. Our goal is to help you de-stress by completely immersing you in nature. Our day together will be spent outdoors as much as possible (weather permitting), enjoying the peace and serenity that surrounds Green Farm.

 

On arrival you will be greeted with an immune-boosting ginger tea or juice, before joining us in the community garden for our welcome circle and introduction to your hosts. Here you will set your intention for the day and meet Kalie, Maryann and Martyn. We will then take you into the forest for stage one of your reset plan. Have you ever hugged a tree? If not, there’s a first time for everything! Time here will be well spent recharging and seeking comfort from nature.

 

Once your energy has been fully restored, you’ll have the opportunity to join a guided country walk and really explore your new surroundings. During the walk you’ll also learn about the history of Green Farm and charity projects taking place here. There will be the option of undertaking a long walk or short walk to cater for all abilities and levels of fitness.

 

Next we will head back for a tea and snack stop to enjoy delicious healthy treats prepared especially for our arrival. Once refueled you’ll be invited along to a Meditation and Self-development session led by Kalie, which will help you work on yourself at a deeper level.

 

This leads us nicely into our nutritious, homemade vegetarian meal with fresh organic veg grown onsite. Take time to chat among new friends and absorb the peaceful environment. After lunch our focus will be solely on relaxation. We have allocated ample time to rest in the outdoor hot tubs or take an outdoor swim in the beautiful pond.

 

Our final activity of the day will be a soothing sound bath in the studio where you can bask in healing vibrations whilst looking out to stunning views. Before departing you will each receive a square of vegan chocolate to complete a day of ultimate self-care.

Woodland Workout

An Inspring, Energising day Retreat with Woodland Work-out & Pilates

Join the team at Green Farm for a day to lift your spirits, wake your body and invigorate your mind. A great way to kick start good intentions for the new year. 

 

The morning class with Charlie is a fun woodland workout in Fairyland – get your heart rate up whilst enjoying your natural surroundings, feel energised. The afternoon Pilates class is with MJ and includes some mindful movement to reconnect to your body.

A magical day at Green Farm, where you’ll have the chance to “find your voice” through a series of small group singing workshops, to relax in the spa, to reconnect with the natural world, and to experience the beautiful song of the nightingales through a special guided nighttime walk.


The aim of Wellness-Sing retreats is to introduce a variety of vocal techniques to singers of all abilities, with the aim of discovering just how beneficial singing can be to our general wellbeing. We'll be experimenting with our voices, learning more about what they can do and how we can use them through a mixture of vocal warm-ups and singing games. We'll learn new songs in parts and perform together, singing in harmony in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

During the day, there will also be time for relaxing in the on-site spa, optional yoga/sound healing classes, and connecting with each other over communal meals based around local ingredients from the Kent countryside. Whatever your musical background – if you are curious about the many wellness benefits that group singing can have, this retreat is for you!

You can join either for the day, leaving at 6.30pm or also stay on for the Nightingale evening through to midnight (£75 supplement)


After a day of vocal workshops, we’ll take our voices to the woods, singing around a campfire supper, and then venture on a guided late-night forest walk to listen to the beautiful songs of the nightingales.
