Pubs & Restaurants
HERE ARE OUR FAVOURITE LOCAL PUBS & RESTAURANTS - ENJOY
A family run business with a personal touch. With centuries of stories layered throughout this lovingly refurbished 17th Century house, Great food, for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Open Wed to Sunday.
One of our favourites, just 4 miles drive. Lovingly restored in a beautiful country setting. Lovely for a drink and great for food! Large parties are advised to book to check availability. We also love to walk here.
A bit further to drive (20 mins) but a traditional pub with great food and great atmsphere. Wonderful sunset over the marsh from the front terrace, pretty beer garden on the military canal. Just as an English pub should be!
Full of character and history, the Bonny Cravat has a charm all of its own and a unique pub name! Next door to the 6 Bells. A great 1 hour country/hike walk across fields and woodlands. Or 5 minute drive.
This hotel dates from the 16th century. Rye is a lovely place to spend a day with antique shops & cobbled streets. Don't feel like driving, drive the 4 miles to Ham Street and take the train to Rye.
Rye is a 30 minute drive across country lanes
Our local pub - only 5 minutes walks from Green Farm, if dry use the footpath opposite the small methodist church. Serves good pub food. Open Tuesday to Sunday
