Our Romney lambs are born in the fields in April (as nature would intend) and stay with their mothers until the middle of September. We only wean them when we need time for their mothers, the ewes, to regain their best possible health to meet the ram on (or around) Guy Fawkes night. We sell some lambs in November & early December, then carry the rest through the winter (outdoors, of course) to take advantage of the fresh spring grass. Fresh lamb will be available in October/November
 
Half Lamb Box - £10 per kilo, usually approx. 8 – 9 Kg
