Sissinghurst Castle Gardens
Wonderful gardens created by poet and writer Vita Sackville-West in the 1930's is one of the most famous and architecturally stunning gardens in England, 20 minute drive away.
The beach is only a short drive away at around 25 minutes.
The tide goes out a long way at these beaches at certain times of the day, so do check to avoid disappointment.

Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway
A lovely miniature railway which was first open over 80 years ago. It is just 20 minutes' drive towards the coast. The line has miniature diesel locomotives, includes four stops and runs parallel with the coast.
