Boys Hall Road, Ashford, Kent TN24 0LA

The Woolpack Warehorne
Church Lane, Warehorne, TN26 2LL
One of our favourite country pubs with rooms, just 4 miles drive and we also love to walk here.
Lovingly restored in a beautiful setting. Lovely for a drink! The Woolpack is a beautiful 16th century Inn nestled in the peacefully picturesque village of Warehorne. Part of the Pickled Egg Pub Company, who also own The Five Bells Inn in Brabourne, The Duke William in Ickham and The Radnor Arms in Folkestone, you'll find the Woolpack Inn located just opposite St Matthews Church and surrounded by grazing Romney Marsh sheep.
There's a wonderfully welcoming bar, comforting food and five characterful guest rooms for those looking to stay overnight. Expect to see a varied menu with local Kentish produce with weekly specials and what's on events throughout the year .
Reservations for rooms & tables are always recommended and can be made via their website
Moat Farm Shepherds Hut
15 minutes walk across the fields or a short bike/car drive along country lanes. Jan and Mike are great hosts.
A two person secluded Shepherds Hut nestled amongst the trees, on a wildlife friendly farm. Staying toasty in the winter with wool log burner and cool in the summer under the canopy this hut is the perfect retreat to the country and to reconnect with nature and yourself.
