Yoga & Pilates for Posture Strength & Mobility

A Series of Workshops to help you get in shape for 2020

Green Farm welcomes two of our wonderful Pilates and Yoga leaders joining together to create a series of workshops designed to improve posture, strength and mobility. Each workshop runs from 09:45 to 13:30 and includes a Green Farm Lunch.

The workshops are scheduled one month apart and form part of our Wellness Wednesdays program. You are welcome to stay later, book spa treatments and enjoy a complimentary hour in the sauna and hot tub.

Workshop #1 - ‘Neck and Shoulder Release’

For those whose posture is inhibited by our everyday sedentary modern lives. Whether you spend a lot of time in the car, at your desk or find you are simply holding tension where there should be none. We will give you the tools to straighten up after all that sitting down!

For those with back pain. We will help you to learn how to strengthen your core to give you the strength to hold a well-balanced posture relieving back aches. An introduction to how Pilates and Yoga can help you build a strong foundation enabling you to lead an active life.

Workshop #3 - 'Joint Focus'


11th March 2020


For those with active lives who would like to learn how to build muscle around the joints to minimise injury. Whether running marathons, walking the dog or simply climbing the stairs - joint health is paramount to our everyday movement.
