Sun Screen if you are coming in the Summer months as some classes take place outside.

We provide Yoga mats and all props but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you wish.

The weekend is about getting back to nature so we spend a lot of time outside when we can. Please be sure to bring enough layers appropriate for the time of year.
