What to Bring

 

  • Comfortable clothes suitable for Yoga

  • Additional clothes to relax in 

  • Swimwear if you plan on using the Hot-Tub or Sauna 

  • Wellies, walking boots or trainers

  • Warm & waterproof clothing for walks in the woods (we advise long trousers as there are insects in the woods)

  • Indoor shoes or slippers 

  • Informal dress for dinner

  • Sun Screen if you are coming in the Summer months as some classes take place outside. 

  • We provide Yoga mats and all props but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you wish. 

  • The weekend is about getting back to nature so we spend a lot of time outside when we can.  Please be sure to bring enough layers appropriate for the time of year. 

  • Luxury white robes, towels & linens are provided.
