Workshops are ideal for those who want to learn more about themselves through the practices of yoga. The workshops explore free movement, still postures, breathing, meditation and contemplation practices, each workshop offer a space for compassionate self-enquiry. A yoga workshop enables students to delve deeper into their practice, by giving more time and attention to a particular topic than a class would allow. These workshops are suitable for all levels of experience and physical fitness. You do not need any prior yoga experience to attend.
