House & Accommodation
Green Farm House is the beautiful Grade 2 listed country home of MaryAnn and Martin Richmond-Coggan and their dogs. Lovingly restored, it was originally a Kentish Hall House built 600 years ago - 50 years before Richard III was killed at the Battle of Bosworth.
The house is filled with character, with beautiful beams and many original features, each room is individual and inviting, with perfect places to read a book or simply unwind. Our favourite places are the living room with its Inglenook fireplace, our dining room with its beautiful beams, the boot room with its well still in use today and the conservatory with the beautiful views across the orchard and fields. The conservatory now has a log burning stove for the cozy winter months.
Every bedroom is unique with luxury king size beds and loos (except ‘the village view’ with a double), Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and soft white dressing gowns. All our rooms have loos and basins, the ‘chestnut’ and the ‘tee-total’ rooms have en suite bathrooms.
All rooms and bathrooms are serviced daily during the retreat.
