The start of new year invites us to review, reflect and refocus
In the serene, idyllic setting of beautiful Green Farm, surrounded by 12,500 acres of ancient woodland, ring in the New Year with a special overnight sound bath
Through a special series of workshops, rituals and (sound) meditations, you’ll be guided through what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown in 2018, get clear on what you want (and don’t) in 2019, relax and sleep through the night bathed in the sound bath and wake up on New Year’s day feeling renewed and ready for the year ahead.

Who’s hosting the retreat?
The wonderful team at Green Farm and Sēing founder, Sarah Waite, a qualified psychologist, coach, hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, and sound healer.
Where is the retreat?
In the beautiful glass yoga studio at Green Farm, although deep in the countryside it benefits from being 10 minutes’ drive from the Fast link service which is just 37 minutes from St Pancras
Can anyone come?
All levels welcome (adults only). As a precaution, the gong / sound meditation parts of the retreat are not recommended for pregnant women in their 1st trimester, or those with pacemakers. Please be aware that sound sensitive conditions e.g. Tinnitus, Ménière's Disease, and Epilepsy, and those with medical metal implants e.g. pins, rods, screws and plates, may be affected by the sounds and vibrations.

Do I need a swimsuit?
If you’re using the spa facilities, yes! But no water is used in a sound / gong bath. You’ll be ‘bathed’ and cleansed in sound waves and vibrations.
What if I can’t meditate?
No prior experience is needed, simple guided meditations and sound baths are the perfect way to start! In the evening, the sounds and vibrations of the gongs will gently ease you into a deep, automatic state of meditation and relaxation (alpha state), dreaming (theta state) and deep healing sleep (delta state).
What is the food?
At Green Farm we have a very simple philosophy around eating healthily - cook fresh, home-produce when possible, use minimum processed foods, served as nature intended and cater to whatever dietary requirements you may have. We like to cook 'in season' when we can with as much as possible coming from the Green Farm Community Wildlife Vegetable Garden and, of course, from our own farm animals.
What should I bring?
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are all provided. Bring bedding to snuggle up in at night - a pillow and sleeping bag or duvet. An evening meal, breakfast, and drinks will be provided, but bring a water bottle and any snacks you’d enjoy.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Bring Wellies, walking boots or trainers to explore Green Farm’s beautiful grounds.
• Warm & waterproof clothing for walks in the woods
• Bring bedding to snuggle up in - body temperatures drop in deeply relaxed states. A pillow and sleeping bag or duvet.
• We will provide yoga mats, bolsters and blankets, but please bring extra padding if you feel you need it.
• Swimwear if you plan on using the Hot-Tub or Sauna on New Year’s Day
• We provide Yoga mats and all props, but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you wish
• We spend time outside when we can. Please be sure to bring enough layers appropriate for the time of year
• Luxury white robes and towels are provided
