Classes & Workshops
We hold a range of scheduled and private classes as well as specific workshops. Our classes take place in the fabulous new Haybarn studio with views out across the orchard or outside by the pond during good weather. We have classes suitable for all levels.
If you have any particular injuries why not start with a private class with our experienced teachers. Pilates, Yoga, PT & Art classes (£65)
You can combine our classes with massages, ESPA spa treatments. We also have unique accommodation at Green Farm House. All set in the beautiful Kent Countryside.
Pre and Post Natal Private Yoga Classes & Pre and Post Natal Spa treatments are also available, please contact us for details.
Regular Weekly Classes
Yoga: Wednesdays 10.00 - 11.15 and 19.15 - 20.15
Yoga: Thursdays 18.15 - 19.15
A weekly intermediate yoga class with Sally Bayly. Incorporates elements of Iyengar to correct postures, Sivanada for an easy to remember routine, and Ashtanga (Vinyasa) to keep it flowing.
Yoga: Saturdays 09.30 - 10.45
Caelia Butcher leads a class based on an eclectic mixture of hatha, somatics, vinyasa flows and pranayama (breathing techniques) Suitable for all levels
Forest Exercise: Saturdays 08.15 - 09.15
An active exercise class in Fairyland, our ancient woodland.

A Series of Workshops to help you get in shape for 2020
15th January, 12th February & 15th March
Green Farm welcomes two of our wonderful Pilates and Yoga leaders joining together to create a series of workshops designed to improve posture, strength and mobility. Each workshop runs from 09:45 to 13:30 and includes a Green Farm Lunch.
The workshops are scheduled one month apart and form part of our Wellness Wednesdays program. You are welcome to stay later, book spa treatments and enjoy a complimentary hour in the sauna and hot tub.
The Art of Yoga on Sunday March 8th, June 7th & October 4th
9.30 to 13.30
This yoga workshop with Alex Hanly will align, strengthen, de-stress the body & mind. With a mix of classical yoga postures, breathing & relaxation we will explore your kinaesthetic awareness and interoception. Take time to get to know your body, heart and mind. Harvest new ways of moving and being with your body, leaving you with a renewed sense of health & vitality in your daily life.
