Classes, Workshops & Special Events
Like everyone else, we are carefully watching the evolution of the government advice on Covid-19 and will ensure at all times that we are adhering to the advice and helping people to keep safe. However, we are also aware, particularly in these difficult times, that being outside, active and looking after your general wellbeing is also very important for your physical and mental health.
We will attempt to continue to deliver our regular classes. We will be outside whenever possible and, when we can't be outside, we will limit the class size and have the studio bi-fold doors fully open. So please bring appropriate clothing!
Please also accept that we may have to cancel classes at short notice for a number of possible reasons: a sudden deterioration in the weather; sudden unavailability of the leader; change in government advice
We hold a range of scheduled and private classes as well as specific workshops and special events. Our classes take place in the fabulous new Haybarn studio with views out across the orchard or outside by the pond during good weather. We have classes suitable for all levels.
If you have any particular injuries why not start with a private class with our experienced teachers. Pilates, Yoga, PT & Art classes (£65)
You can combine our classes with massages, ESPA spa treatments. We also have unique accommodation at Green Farm House. All set in the beautiful Kent Countryside.
Pre and Post Natal Private Yoga Classes & Pre and Post Natal Spa treatments are also available, please contact us for details.
We also present small events and workshops throughout the year, focused on wellbeing and delivered by our wonderful partners. These are all listed below.

with La Cantina di Stefania in the Hay Barn Studio
27 Mar 2020 at 19.00
Green Farm is pleased to welcome La Cantina di Stefania for a pop-up dinner with wine pairing.
Stefania is used to organising Italian regional wine tasting. She loves to say that it's our journey together in her lovely country and every month we do a new stop to explore a new region with its wines and food that she's sure you probably never tried or never tasted in a proper Italian style.
The food pairing is organised to express the maximum level of both food and wine. It's a 6 course menu, from starter to dessert. All the food is made from scratch and where possible locally sourced.
The wines are selected according to the production methods. Usually the wineries she chooses are small wineries that produce using traditional methods, with ancient vines and without chemicals.

Sunday Night Bliss Out
Sunday March 29th 17.00 to 20.00
We are delighted to be welcoming Emma Deery back to Green Farm to present an evening of beautiful candle-lit slow, yoga-flow, with meditation, deep relaxation, sound bath, sharing circle, essential oils & gorgeous healthy vegan treats & warm winter drinks.
As we speed through the year, ploughing through ‘to do’ lists, navigating our hectic & busy lives, we rarely stop to check in with ourselves - or reset, recharge & reconnect with how we are really feeling. Instead we operate from a place of stress, anxiety & fear. This will be an evening of nourishing yumminess for your mind, body & soul & will allow you to slow down & tune back into you! When we take time to tend to ourselves, we can far better serve & love those around us.The evening is open to anyone, with or without Yoga experience.
•gentle flow yoga
•guided meditation & deep relaxation
•delicious homemade vegan cake & warm drinks
Mats, blankets & eye pillows are provided but you are of course welcome to bring your own if you prefer. You may like to bring a cushion/pillow plus anything else that will make you feel warm & cosy during the Gong Bath.
